“Dr Phan is an exceptional doctor...”

Dr Phan is an exceptional doctor. Before meeting Dr Phan, he took the time to look at an MRI I had 11 years ago before even seeing me. He explained to me from seeing these imaging of how it is related to issues I am experiencing now. What stood out most was how he went beyond simply asking what was wrong. He took the time to explain why these problems are happening and the options available to address them. That level of thoroughness and genuine concern is rare. I just wish there were more doctors like him.

Dr. Phan provided the surgery for my prior shoulder ailment. He did an excellent job. I returned to see him when my other shoulder started giving me problems. I trust his skill and judgment.

Dr. Phan listened to the issue I have continued to have with my hand (particularly the little finger) and explained what he saw on the xray which prompted him to order an MRI. He also took the time to explain a range of options.
