The doctor explain the pre and post process/procedures very well. He listen and actually allowed input and answered all questions. It was not a hurry up and wait.

“The physician doesn't have conve...”

The physician doesn't have conversations but is always in a rush to move out of room. When a decision has to be made for my kids surgery date there was not much time given. It's very stressful when dates for surgery have to be chosen within seconds
