The provider arrived 50 minutes late and then rushed through the visit with me. He seemed offended that I used a non-medical term to describe an issue and proceeded to zip through the diagnosis using medical terminology without providing a layman explanation. He seemed put out when I interrupted him to explain what a specific abbreviation meant. He didn't seem interested in asking for my feedback.

Dr. Vann was very helpful. He answered all of my questions, gave me feedback on my concerns and was not rushing me out of the door. He put all of my concerns, questions and remedies in the note concerning my visit, which shows that he was actually listening. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise.
