Dr. Hicks was friendly and personable. His clear explanation of my condition allowed for a discussion of paths forward. He listened well and responded appropriately to my concerns and assisted in clarifying possible decisions and outcomes. I walked away not only informed and more understanding of my condition but fully confident in his knowledge and empathy. It was an enjoyable conversation about a serious issue.

Dr. Hicks has always been informative about my health, from my first visit with Him. His bedside matter is great. He takes his time to explain everything so that you as the patient understands. He assures you know all of your options for the best outcome. I love having Dr. Hicks as my ortho physician.
