“Horrible experience”
My provider, NP Valerie Jacovide ignored by symptoms, did not take my medical history or care about my overall well being or healthcare. She disregarded me several times. She did not treat or diagnose me. She refused to rerun my urine results and was going to prescribe me muscle relaxers when what I really needed was antibiotics! I have never felt more disregarded, disrespected, and misdiagnoses in my entire life.
Truly unprofessional.
