“Doctor is only as good as his staff”
I was impressed with Dr. Duong because he was genuinely concerned about my health. He knew about my medical issue and prescribed a helpful medicine. He set me up with a specialist. My appointment with the specialist is 3 weeks away and I have run out of the medication and my medical issue is better but not gone. I took the prescription to the pharmacy 3 days ago for a refill because I am still sick. His staff has not responded. I called several times and was told that a nurse in the office (name begins with T) is holding up the refill. I guess that in order for me to get well that I will have to see another doctor.
