I absolutely love my sessions with Trisha. She has been my therapist for over a year. I have a long history of mental health and she is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She actually listens and cares. She is always willing to squeeze me in twice for the weeks that are hard. Trisha is so kind and has a very gentle but straight forward approach. I would recommend her 1000%! Thank you Trisha for changing my life and making it better!

She comes out ready to talk and communicate with us her anxieties and worries. Trisha has been a great person to communicate with between my soon to be ex-husband. She stays out the parent disagreements and focuses very much so on my daughter.
