“Best therapist I ever had”

I absolutely adored Trisha, I am so sad she left BMH. It is hard to replace such a wonderful therapist.

“Life Savor”

Trisha is amazing, she is my life savor. She always squeezes me in with my busy schedule. I was put on a waitlist for her and it was so worth the wait! Trisha has helped me with my anxiety and depression. I can sleep peacefully and sit still. Trisha was able to pick up a diagnosis that my previous doctor did not pick up.

“My best therapist”

I absolutely love my sessions with Trisha. She has been my therapist for over a year. I have a long history of mental health and she is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She actually listens and cares. She is always willing to squeeze me in twice for the weeks that are hard. Trisha is so kind and has a very gentle but straight forward approach. I would recommend her 1000%! Thank you Trisha for changing my life and making it better!

“Trisha is amazing”

Trisha is absolutely amazing. I have struggled with mental health all through high school. She has helped to give confidence in myself and to help control my anxiety. Trisha has always been flexible to work with and always works with my schedule. I went from having panic attacks daily to barely any! Thank you Trisha, because of you I am at my dream college and in a major I enjoy.

“So helpful”

Trisha is amazing! My daughter has made so much progress and actually wants to get out of bed each morning. Trisha is so great to work with. She is caring and supportive. I would highly recommend her!!

“Wonderful Clinician”

My daughter sees Trisha for anxiety as my husband and I are separating. Trisha has been nothing but wonderful. My daughter looks forward to their sessions. She comes out ready to talk and communicate with us her anxieties and worries. Trisha has been a great person to communicate with between my soon to be ex-husband. She stays out the parent disagreements and focuses very much so on my daughter.

“Wonderful Therapist”

Trisha has been wonderful to work with. She is very good at her job and really listens. She has helped me through so many obstacles in the two years I have seen her. I had to be wait listed to see her, but it was very much worth the wait. Thank you Trisha!
