I have only good things to say about my care provider. I'm very happy with her. However, any time I need to make a phone appointment of any kind, I end up on hold for many minutes. Why don't you hire more people to answer the phone? Also, I'm very unhappy with Lab Corp! I want the original lab back. It was so much better.
