I had to get a new PCP. Dr. Hawthorne was very thorough and addressed all of my questions. Due to circumstances out of her control, I waited quite awhile to see her, but she explained and apologized so that was okay.

The physician was very transactional. Felt like the visit was only to 'check the boxes'. I felt no sense she was personally interested in me After scoring my PHQ 9 hi she showed no interest in exploring my history nor showing any empathy. Didn't even ask ' hey what's going on??' Her cursory physical exam, again obviously to check boxes was clinically substandard. I'm looking elsewhere for a physician. I cannnot put my trust In her
