Dr A is the best. My boys have always and continue to receive excellent care from Dr A and staff. The greenfield is not the closest location to our home. We moved to Brookfield in Oct of 2020. There are 6 locations primary care locations closer to our home than Greenfield. We haven't switched and we won't. This visit was great. My son received top tier care from lovely people like he does during every appointment with Dr A.

This provider, along with other providers at this location are all respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable today asking questions and was explained the answers clearly.

Dr. Atzenhoefer is always so great with my kids and I don't ever see us switching providers. She's such a caring provider and really makes my kids feel safe and makes me feel reassured as a mother. I have recommended her plenty of times over the years and we just can't say enough wonderful things. Our last visit fell a little short though when it came to the nursing staff. The nurse doing vitals was very short and rude at first. I immediately lost any interest in maintaining friendly conversation after we were met with a strong sense of annoyance. We felt rushed and nothing felt genuine. This was such a stark contrast from our usual experiences and it's unfortunate that there was such an awkward tension during my daughter's visit. There was also a nurse that she was training but she was great and friendly and had a very welcoming and happy demeanor.
