Dr. Stanos is top drawer. I'd recommend his services to anyone having back trouble. Great talking with him and getting right to the area of my back that's giving me trouble. I believe In taking an active role In treating my role as a patient to be more or less a co-worker on my health, and ask as many questions as I can to really understand the physics of how my physical structure works. ( After all, it's the only back I've got, right?)
