Dr Xing is an excellent doctor. He is sympathetic and patient. I only wish that he wasn't so busy. The waiting time before my appointment was months-and then, it was a "virtual" appointment.

Dr. Xing didn't meet with me at the appt prior to me being face down on the procedure table. This is poor patient experience. He then asked if the doctor in training with him could help with the procedure. This should have been asked and discussed prior to me being in th procedure room.
