I can't say enough good things about Dr. Merifield. He is so kind and caring. Makes sure I am doing well and answers any questions I give to him. He doesn't rush. The only bad thing I can say is and it is not his fault, but I wish he had earlier appointments.

The team at Swedish Pain Services are always professional, respectful, and friendly. Receptionists work quickly, the line moves quickly, and check in is seamless.The nurse assigned to my case that day was EXCEPTIONAL! I really enjoyed working with her. She was clear, concise, it was obvious she had read through my patient file ahead of time & had a couple of thoughtful questions to ask. She got me through patient check in process quickly, professionally, while maintaining a friendly banter. There's a specific way I need to take medication for the procedure: she listened and happily accommodated my needs.Dr. Merifield was excellent. He always listens, gives sound medical advice, treats me professionally & with dignity, and willingly answers my questions. This time he even showed me some of the equipment he used on me for the procedure since I had questions about it (afterwards).I am thoroughly impressed with my overall care at Swedish Pain Services, and give my referral anytime I know someone who needs the type of care they provide.

Dr. Merifield runs a unique and important pain with various types of therapists, a psychologist and group therapy as well. The program works to immerse patients in knowledge about pain and how to cope with it through relaxation, t'ai chi, talk therapy and more. Very useful program.

Dr. Merrifield is a good guy. My video visit wouldn't would not perform correctly. Dr. Merrifield called me while I was on my computer trying to connect and he decided to do a telephone appointment instead and we then made an appointment for an in person visit next month.
