Listened to my questions and concerns, and was supportive of my choices as we developed a treatment plan. I felt very optimistic and positive when I left the office. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was my first visit to this facility in Portland, where I was obviously lost in trying to find the correct building and room. I will say, I asked at least 3 different people to point me in the right direction as I maneuvered through the campus and everyone went out of their way to provide me with instructions. I arrived in the office early, expecting to wait but they got me in within a few minutes. Dr. Mitchell was very thorough and took the time to give me information on various scenarios depending on the results of my blood tests.
