“She seemed in a hurry to prescri...”

She seemed in a hurry to prescribe medicine. When I asked a question about a supplement I was taking and its interaction with my condition she said "well if it makes you feel bad you shouldn't take it". When I asked how the drug she wanted to prescribe to lower my thyroid hormone levels worked, she said "it lowers your thyroid hormones". When my blood work showed that 2 of my thyroid hormone levels were normal, I asked whether medication was necessary. She replied "well this it what we prescribe for conditions like yours". I'm really surprised at the lack of care and unwillingness to answer these very basic questions.

“My PCM sent me to Providence as ...”

My PCM sent me to Providence as a referral. As soon as Providence received my referral and previous labs, they called me right away as they had an opening the same day. I was very appreciative as they said they were scheduling out as far as September 2026
