“Dr. Was great l. Wait time was 2...”

Dr. Was great l. Wait time was 2.5 hours for a blood draw, then I wasn't given the stuff I needed for urine collection and had to come back and wait again. Arrived for an 8:45 appt and was there until almost 1 pm. Waited 5 months for the appointment so I guess I shouldn't be surprised about waiting a little longer. It shouldn't take 5 months to get a diagnosis on anything, especially if it's something that requires surgery to fix.

I was very lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Stephens the next day after I called, likely due to a cancellation. My regular doctor didn't have an appointment for 6 months. Dr. Stephens and her pharmacist colleague were very helpful in discussing my condition and various treatment options. They were respectful, kind, and thorough.
