“Came in knowing only the most re...”

Came in knowing only the most recent of my health issues without looking at past health issues. Disregarded what was said by myself or my caregiver. Made an assumption based on worst possible scenario instead of listening. Acted as though her degree took importance over the patient. Will never see this provider again when my main provider is unavailable. This doctor does not meet the standards that I have experienced with other doctors in the WellSpan community.
