Nurse Practitioner Ryan acted unprofessionally by sitting on the counter and placing his feet on a stool, which was inappropriate in a specialist office addressing a serious condition such as a heart aneurysm. He provided inaccurate information regarding prior measurements and scans, claimed he had reviewed them with the doctor when he had not, and later it was discovered that the scans were only reviewed after my appointment by Dr.. His use of "I" suggested that he personally interpreted the scans rather than clearly speaking on behalf of the doctor, which was misleading, and his poor bedside manner, dismissive attitude, and overall presentation were unacceptable for any patient, particularly given the seriousness of the condition.
