“Didn't seem concerned about my r...”

Didn't seem concerned about my recent hospitalization or when or if I would receive a report from heart monitor I wore for 2 weeks. It's been 4+ weeks with no results from monitor. I continue to have issuesI texted doctor who changed meds, but I continue to have BP issues. Why? For 20+ years I've had high BP, but now I'm having low BP and weakness. Why? An explanation or an opinion would be appreciated.
