“My visit wasn't helpful to m...”

My visit wasn't helpful to me... Dr. Pitzalis greeted me pleasantly like she always does then asked what's been going on...I told her about the situation I'm presently going through, and she had no idea of what I was talking about which was shocking to me because the Dr sent her the results of test they took. They told me call her office and let her know what's going on immediately, which I did ...I told the nursing staff, but I didn't hear anything from her ...she looked it up on the computer once I told her...so nothing was discussed ...so I was basically disappointed and ready to go.
