“My questions and care plan was a...”

My questions and care plan was adjusted to meet my present medical concern.Physician was most understanding with my present condition and we discusssed future goals. Both risks and outcomes were discussed with me. Dr tamarian was most effective and successfully agreed with the projected care plan and a continum plan depending on my progress. I was included and agreed with his recommendation. Yes, I've been a patient of Dr Tamarian for many years . He has followed my treatment and my progress. His recommendation for continuing physical therapy treatment plan has been highly successful. Yes, I highly recommend him and all his staff as a success integral part of your clinic. I have never had a bad experience.
