Things written in my after visit notes were not discussed in the exam room. But Dr. Coons answered my follow up questions that I submitted via Mychart. He called twice, when his first call was silenced by my phone and the message he left on my voice mail didn't get to my phone. He went out of his way to make sure my questions were addressed.
