I was very impressed with Dr Jack. He had my MRI results up on the screen and showed me exactly what is going on with my right shoulder. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He did not seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient. He is clearly knowledgeable and also had an excellent "bedside manner." I left his office feeling very reassured and confident in his abilities to help me.

Dr. Jack was very honest and forthcoming with the issue at hand. I felt he was able to communicate what he was seeing in front of him via the MRI and Xrays in a way that made sense. The area where I left wanting more was next steps and what that looked like. The news I received was not something I was expecting, and that may have poured into my lack of understanding in the moment, so I don't solely place it on him for my discretion with regards to options. There not being an option was the sticker shock, and was hoping for something different to come from it, so it became a blur when asking him questions. But I ultimately left feeling confused about what the next steps were, what more to expect and how to manage care moving forward. Again, this in part was due to my being taken aback by the lack of there being a fix to something I felt going into it may be fixable purely based on hope.
