I have seen two other doctors since getting an MRI. Dr. Jack was the first to actually explain the anatomy or severity of the tear in a way that made sense.

“I was very impressed with Dr Jac...”

I was very impressed with Dr Jack. He had my MRI results up on the screen and showed me exactly what is going on with my right shoulder. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He did not seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient. He is clearly knowledgeable and also had an excellent "bedside manner." I left his office feeling very reassured and confident in his abilities to help me.
