Dr. Flannery and his nurse both had excellent communication skills. I really appreciated being apprised of the details about my condition, different treatment options, and thorough explanation of the procedure he was doing.

“Dr. Flannery was outstanding! H...”

Dr. Flannery was outstanding! He took the time to explain how my knee works in conjunction with everything else surrounding it, as well as why I was experiencing other issues due to the knee. He was very calming, explained various options along with what made the most sense for me and why, how I would benefit from various treatments or not at all. Very educational!

“I was very impressed with Dr. Fl...”

I was very impressed with Dr. Flannery and I am somewhat difficult to impress. He respected my time, took my concerns seriously, explained things in a way I understood, responded to my questions and did not rush me. Very happy that he didn't talk with me while staring at the computer screen like some physicians do.
