This appointment was for a second opinion for an issue I have been dealing with for over 6 months. I was initially referred to Froedtert but the next available appointment was farther out than a local orthopedic clinic. I chose expediency over expertise. Within minutes of listening to my concerns and a brief exam, Dr. Havlik isolated an entirely different diagnosis to pursue. This diagnosis appears to align consistently with my symptoms and I have confidence in the treatment plan. I will not seek care outside of Froedtert in the future as I always am disappointed when I do. I recognize that experience and expertise comes with some amount of waiting - that I will now happily tolerate
