While I felt that Dr.Zach was thorough and knowledgeable, I felt that she was a bit cavalier in her attitude, I didn't feel as if my knowledge after 50 years of orthopaedic nursing mattered much, that I was just another lay person patient. Both Dr. Zach and her assistant were very pleasant, respectful and professional. I appreciated the doctor listening to all of my concerns. She Is VERY knowledgable and was able to explain my options. She gave me hope and knowledge of how I can assist myself through the healing process. Thank you for asking!

I've seen Dr. Zach twice for this procedure. Both times her caring attitude, obvious connection with her assistants, and level of expertise was a huge help to me in alleviating my anxiety about the procedure. Couldn't believe it when she said she was finished. It was that fast and relatively painless.

“The doctor was running late and ...”

The doctor was running late and appts are getting harder to get which happens when people find out about a doctor as fantastic as Dr. Zach. I hate any inconveniences but I wouldn't change for anything. She is THE BEST!
