Dr. Tsai is an exceptional doctor and human being. He spends as much time as needed to cover all issues and questions. He is patient, understanding and respectful. He has been a doctor to my deceased parents as well as my sister, brother-in-law and myself. We all feel confident in him and feel well cared for by him. I am grateful to have him as my doctor and would recommend him to anyone who needs a good caring physician.
