I think this is the first time I have seen Dr Lee. Some of the questions were confusing :For example it ask if the provider on question one was aware of any illness in the last 3 months but this is the first time I seen her

She is a wonderful doctor, but I have had problems to see her when I have been ill and thought I needed a med to get past it. She is responsive to my questions providing good information for me. The office seems efficient. I appreciate her help and believe in her skills very much!
