I was pleasantly surprised to be seen the same day I called to get an appointment.

P.A Phoebe Robinson was phenomenal! She took time to really listen to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and gave me the best care possible. She went in depth on the next steps we were going to take for my care and explained it all in ways that made sense to me. Scheduling with my PCP is always such an hassle yet P.A Phoebe made an effort to not only to help me set a follow up appointment right then and there but made me feel like I was a priority. Impeccable bedside manner, very empathetic, and such a joy to be seen by.

The good experiences have been that the providers listened to my concerns and discussed thoroughly which I appreciate. My only feedback regarding a bad experience was trying to schedule a colonoscopy was very difficult, I'm not sure why but I had to go through many channels to get it done.
