Fortunately, I am rarely ill so I usually see Dr. Gerhard only once a year for my Medicare Annual Wellness exam. She has always been friendly yet professional, listens attentively to any issues I have, offers advice and is willing to promptly refer me to a specialist if needed. I take one preventive and one as needed prescription, and she approves them readily.

For me this provider need to obtain training about how she approaches patients because you cannot approach patients without kindness and respect. Specifically start bashing about l will disease, kidney disease, empathy your feet and hands start bashing it was so mentally stress for me that day. Special when women we are going thru menopause changes and some woman's wear sensitive needs be careful how you talk to patient. I never wanna see her again.

I was heading out of town & needed to see a doctor before for a problem caused by prescribed antibiotics due to a cat bite. They got me in within an hour of calling me and got me the RX I needed before I left for my flight.
