I am a relatively new patient with Dr. Fox. I came to him at a time when my previous doctors have been treating me poorly. I wish I could have filled out a survey for them. Dr. Fox has always been candid in his explanations and I appreciate that. I'm a nervous person by nature especially in medical settings. I'm reassured by his kind and professional demeanor.

Had a disappointing experience during my routine annual medical visit. I felt that my doctor did not listen to my concerns or adequately address my health questions. Several of my medical questions went unanswered, leaving me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.Expected my doctor to listen carefully, provide clear explanations, and discuss my health concerns with me. Instead, the lack of responsiveness made me feel unheard and uncared for. I hope this feedback will help improve patient communication and ensure that future patients feel respected, listened to, and actively involved in their healthcare.
