Excellent confirmation of appointment from front desk via phone call. Easy to talk to, personable. Great check-in, it was quick and professional and friendly. Nurse was thorough and friendly doing prep work for doctor. My visit with Dr Constantin was excellent- as usual. She is caring, empathetic, humorous, professional, and well-spoken. I've been very happy with my (and my family's) treatment at Swedish these past years.

It took me years to find a PCP to the point where I just stopped going to the doctor, until I found Flavia. I knew she was the one, per say. I absolutely love her. She is the sweetest, kindest, transparently honest, stern, loving, person or doctor. She does not sugar coat anything but also follows it up with showing that she cares about you. She treats you like a person and not a patient. She is literally like a second mother to me, to the point where I talk about her like that to friends and family. She is amazing and I don't know what I I would do if she was no longer my doctor. She deserves all the accolades!

I want to thank SWEDISH for giving me superior care. I have always been grateful to Dr. C. I am getting the right medications to support my health needs and keep me alive. I always have extreme adequate time with her, and we discuss my needs, and I go away very satisfied. I am positive she cares about me and I know I can always contact her and the staff 24/7 on my chart. The staff is also excellent. I have always received the care I need immediately.
