This was my first visit with Dr. Chao as I wanted to establish care with a family doctor within the Swedish system. It was difficult to find a GP who was taking new patients and I had to wait a few months to get my first appointment with her. But the doctor was great and I'm happy to continue my care with her.The front desk receptionist was polite but they talk to you like they've done this a thousand times (which I know is true). Also, I had filled out all of my paperwork online before the appointment via MyChart but they still gave me paperwork with all of the same info. When I asked them about this they said, it's in a different system but they can probably pull it up.' Weird.

First visit and it was a good impression. Knowledgeable and took the time to follow through whatever was discussed including labs and tests. It was only the first visit and got a lot of things done. So that is awesome.

Dr. Chao is an exceptionally attentive and compassionate provider. Every time I visit, I feel truly heard and understood. She takes the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and consistently offers thoughtful, effective solutions. What I appreciate most is her proactive approach to care-she doesn't just treat symptoms; she looks ahead to prevent future issues. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care provide
