“Our provider is excellent once h...”
Our provider is excellent once he shows up. However our continual ongoing communication and scheduling issues, we would not ever refer the practice. We would refer the care provider IF it were possible to actually work with him outside the practice. However the reality is it's not. Therefore we would not refer caffs to friends or family due to the problems we have experienced with scheduling, communication, dismissive behavior etc from the rest of the "team"
