Carissa is a very good Provider. As always, she listen to me then made her evaluate and recommended next steps. She referred me back to [provider name] for more evaluation.

I felt like my provider was very dismissive of my current shunt malfunction issues. When I tried to explain that these were shunt related, she wanted to bring up other issues non-related that might be causing my issues. She told me in the office that I should see a neurologist but then when I asked to get an appointment she had told me that I never was told to see a neurologist. It seemed like she did not have a lot of experience when it came to hydrocephalus and wanted to tell me that these were UTI related issues. I will say that she did refer me to a different place but that was because she told me that she could not help me and I was told to get a second opinion. ...
