“Not a huge deal but no apologies...”

Not a huge deal but no apologies for being an hour late from appointment time and since it was the e end of the day she didn't ask if I had questions or needed refills. Again, not a huge deal and she was great to work with and detailed otherwise. I am overall very happy with her.
