Dr. Richter has always been very well informed regarding my medical records and the concerns I discuss with him. His knowledge Is current and he is data-driven, which I respect. He communicates medical advice and recommendations in a clear manner that is informative and easy to understand. He is also unfailingly kind, polite, respectful, and professional.
