Dr Richter is one of the best physicians I have ever had and at almost 83 years old, that is quite a compliment. I have had a number of very bright physicians, a number of compassionate physicians and a number of down to earth, quick witted physicians. I have never had a physician who had all those attributes. Dr Richter is a treasure and I feel very fortunate to be In in his practice.
