“Important to note, this was not ...”

Important to note, this was not a scheduled appointment. Bonnie was wonderful - she phoned me proactively, after I received a very troubling diagnosis of a blood cancer. She phoned soon after the test result was posted and spent a long time going over the results and asking follow-up questions, and generally being extremely supportive. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her outreach.
