Bonnie was extremely helpful. She was able to get me into testing and to the right specialist for an appointment which I have been finding difficult to do. She understood that I was needing urgent care and getting the right medical treatment and made the referrals to get me in sooner. She was the most competent PA that I have seen about my current situation, And took action to get me heading in the right direction for my care

I visited PA Bonnie about 1.5 weeks after seeing another provider at the same clinic. I had similar symptoms. The first provider sent me home and disregarded what I reported to him and didn't even document that I had breakthrough bleeding. PA Bonnie immediately performed a pelvic exam and ordered several tests. She mentioned several times that I made the right decision to come in again. She was appropriately covered and took action.

Dr. Haberzetle is compassionate, thoughtful, and demonstrates a sense of urgency in addressing my health concerns. During our visit she was very thorough and showed meticulous attention to detail. Although pap smears are some of the worst aspects of regular checkups, she managed to make mine as quick and painless as possible. She also helped me get the orders in to the lab so I could be seen right away and get my bloodwork results as quickly as possible too. Most importantly though, I was impressed by her concern for my mental and emotional wellbeing. She was able to get a behavioral therapist to see me right after our visit. Additionally, she provided me with a letter as support for my work to accommodate a modified schedule due to my participating in an IOP. I feel that I am doing better now - especially mentally and emotionally - since I last saw her. It really helps to also have the peace of mind of knowing that my general health and body are doing just fine.

Without this provider I would still be in a in a decline. Bonnie helped me with straightening out my medication and addressed my concerns of being in a fog, physically not being able to be cognitively alert and tending to my mental health as well as taking me off of medication that was harming health as well as my brain. I have been able to get through cognitive decline and reclaim my health. She has addressed the issues that caused my decline and addressed my depression. She has done such a wonderful job that my daughter wants to be one of her patients because she is so methodically meticulous in her research to make sure she has covered all available resources to make one's health recovery happen. I'm very impressed with the quality of her work. I feel safe in her care of my health and know she will not leave me hanging without an honest assessment and answers to my concerns. I have to say she is the best Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
