I arrived early and saw Dr. Lane about my medical issue earlier than expected. He answered my concern and was reassuring about the issue. I did not feel rushed and was pleased to see I was out of the office a few moments before the appt was scheduled to begin.

Dr. Lane was very respectful of my history with this particular illness. His listening to my history positively affected the recommended treatment plan, which increased ints effectiveness. This was unlike a prior experience with an online nurse who didn't respect my history and prescribed medications that did not work, extending my illness to the point I needed to see Dr. Lane. Dr. Lane took the time to compare a current x-ray with my prior films, detecting something the radiologist missed. And while it is less than a week since the visit, my illness has started to improve for the first time in two months. This is how healthcare is supposed to work: A medical expert who takes the time to listen to a patient and works with that patient to devise a treatment plan based in both science and patient experience. Very satisfied.
