Dr. Aikens took his time to explain to me the causes of my spider vines and lower extremity edema. So far I have hade an initial evaluation, a left saphenous vein ablation, a follow up and am now scheduled for my first sclera therapy treatment. Looking forward to my final results.

This was my first visit and I was super satisfied. The receptionist was very welcoming. The ultrasound tech was very nice and gentle. The nurse. HAYLEE was Very Nice and Very patient and VERY knowledgeable. The Doctor was awesome and explained everything in detail. I love the fact that they ALL took their time and it was not a rushed appointment. I will be returning in 3 weeks to start my treatments

His descriptions and those of his staff were way over my head. They all need to realize that a layperson does not necessarily follow their vocabulary. A second or third explanation were often necessary.

The graphics and notes in the Patient Handbook would have been good to review before the visit. It was given to me after the visit was concluded.
