The doctor seems to know his stuff. So does his staff. I am glad he took time to give explanations.

His descriptions and those of his staff were way over my head. They all need to realize that a layperson does not necessarily follow their vocabulary. A second or third explanation were often necessary.

The graphics and notes in the Patient Handbook would have been good to review before the visit. It was given to me after the visit was concluded.
