I felt rushed, and when I tried to explain, but I've been through and how I feel didn't really seem to be that important to him. I just got back from the VA emergency and they put me on all kinds of medications and said I had severe rhinitis. I think that's something in Ent should've known Since I told him I had problems they recommend sending an ENT again so I will be trying your office again, but a different doctor.

“We drove almost two hours to see...”

We drove almost two hours to see the doctor and he spent about five minutes total with my wife and I. He seemed like he was in a hurry, I don't know if it was because I am a veteran or maybe some other reason. His answers to our questions were short and brief with little or no helpful information for future treatment or follow-up. I still have some problems with my throat and congestion. I will just see my primary provider for any future treatment.

“I can breathe!”

Very professional and responsive staff. Went in to check for sleep apnea and found out I had a deviated septum. I was able to get into surgery quickly which I needed to make it work with my schedule and insurance. After recovery, I can breathe through my nose so much better!

“Really positive!”

Excellent overall experience. Dr. Mingrone did a detailed diagnosis of my issue, outlined my options clearly and performed the surgery flawlessly. My wife is no longer bothered by my snoring.

“Dr. Mingrone is a great doctor a...”

Dr. Mingrone is a great doctor and I can tell he's very knowledgeable about his practice. I like that he refers me for other care when needed. I do feel he might either have too many patients or he just rushes through his appts. I'm usually only in the room with him for 3-5 minutes max. It just feels impersonal sometimes.

“Nervous at first, but turned out to be a great decision”

Dr, Mingrone was great, he and his staff have been very helpful. They set the proper expectations before actually pursuing the procedures, helped me understand how my insurance would work, and genuinely cared about my situation.
