The medical assistant looked like she was a zombie. Just going through the motions, no smile no greeting, almost absent during the entire conversation. The PA did not show respect to our concerns and was very condescending. And by condescending, I mean rude and dismissive.

I arrived on schedule and was promptly taken to a room and after vitals were taken I waited five minutes for and saw my provider. This was a follow up to a surgery and my provider was very thorough in questions and explanations.
