Pretty good experience for a less than fun procedure.

I waited over an hr in exam room then went in the hall and ask a passing by medical person if I am going to be seen soon. The medical person that assisted was not personable. She asked me what I needed at first and when making appointment for the next procedure. This was a very weird experience with Dr P and staff normally is excellent.

Dr explained everything and answered questions I could think of at the time. Seemed very understanding and experienced. I trust her with my situation completely.

Providence is lucky to have Dr. Provenzano. She is the only competent Urologist in the entire Tri-Cities area. Please treat her with respect and don't drive her away like you have a lot of other providers that have recently left Providence. Your business model, "profit over patient" is not a good one for a Catholic organization.

Generally the doctor's attitude was why are here? Don't call me. Yes you will have pain for the rest of your life. I don't know who to refer you to. I don't do that surgery anymore, I don't know who does.

Dr Provenzano is caring; she asks lots of questions and looks at my chart to see my history. She explains everything in a way I understand. She is concerned about my health. She is a good Dr.
