Dr. Slongo was great, he took the time to explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done for my condition. I came to Kaldec from another provider where I experienced a negative outcome, so I was very skeptic and concerned if proper appropriate care existed in this area. So far my experience with Kaldec has been great, thank you for providing excellent care and continuing to care for me.

Dr. Slongo was a GREAT guy! He was friendly, explained things weii, listened intently when I asked questions. He had a great bedside manner. Highly recommend. He treated me respectfully as a person, not just another "lab rat"I"m seeing a definite pattern here. That is amonst all the participants under the Kadlec umbrella of services. Somebody, somewhere within the Human Resources/ Personnel Staff/ Patient relations, etc departments is doing an EXCELLENT job of hiring the RIGHT people. People with great attitudes!!!! Those responsible for those hires desrve KUDOS! You are definately doing something right here. Please don't let some executive, who hired his own niece, nephew, 21 years old, freshly minted MBA from some fancy-pants school with some new-fangled philosophy about how you need to treat people, change things Indiscriminarely just because they feel like It. DO NOT LISTEN to them. FIgure out what you've done right, recreate it, or clone it, bottle it or whatever. LEAVE IT ALONE! Don't screw it up! LIke an old, wise car mechanic told me one time, "IF iT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!". Blessings and Thanks!
