“Horrific”

I had an appointment with this doctor at Whitman Walker Clinic. He was 30 minutes late for my appointment, and thus 30 minutes late for work (I was his first patient of the day). He appeared to be hung over, and refused to make eye contact with me. He did not introduce himself, apologize for being late, and he would not look at me. He had no idea why I was there. “The best doctor in the world”

Dr. Mathivannan (Dr Matty) was the warmest and most attentive physician I have ever had. I must admit that in my first visit, he seemed distant and stern. However, I soon learned how wrong I was. Beneath the seemingly tough demeanor was a gentleman who cared about my physical and emotional health. I felt that he genuinely cared.
