ARNP Solberg was the first person who took the time to get the information needed to identify an appropriate treatment. However, due to my weight, I was not eligible to receive the treatment at Genesis. This was difficult information to share but she handled it beautifully with grace and kindness. She also identified an alternative so I can find relief. ARNP Solberg has my confidence, my trust, and my thanks.

my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with provider’s ability but a medical exam via telehealth to differentiate and evaluate pain symptoms is frustrating. the quality of the video was poor from my perspective. if it was that bad for provider it would have been even more problematic.
