I adore Dr. Lulu Iles-Shih! She began a course of treatment that took my health from disastrous to doing really well, and I'm forever in her debt. She's well-informed and a great problem-solver, admirably free of the arrogance I've sometimes detected from others in her specialty. I have the sense (based on how hard it is to get an in-person appt with her) that the system keeps her busier than would be ideal.

Dr. Iles-Shih is the best doctor ever. She is so compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. She anticipated and answered all my questions. She spent plenty of time with me and I felt like she wanted to listen and provide the best care possible. She also is extremely kind to me and my other family members who see her, and always remembers details about our lives and asks about how the others are doing, which is so sweet. I'm so grateful for her!
