Dr. Teicher is a wonderful doctor and even his staff are great, fun people I enjoy talking to. I was tired of providers who treated me like a number and didn't see me as a human being. And those who would never stray from the most common branches of the medical flowchart, or even acknowledge that some people really ARE different and might need different approaches. All GI docs seemed booked up today, but he tries to fit me in whenever he can, which I really appreciate. When I shop for new health insurance, the first and most important thing is to see if they cover Dr. T. I will be very sad when he retires, but IMHO he's earned it.

Dr. Teicher is an excellent listener and is an excellent communicator! He always offers alternatives and was knowledgeable about my prior tests. He is compassionate and easy to talk to - even about personal bathroom habits. I appreciate his warmth and caring approach.

Overall very good experience. I did not have to wait to see Doctor for virtual visit, due to change in his schedule he called me an hour early to see if I could start visit ahead of time. Also, I had zero interaction with other staff so I left those questions in survey unanswered. Also, this was a follow-up appointment regarding a prior visit/condition
