Provider is excellent. It took several months to even get an appointment scheduled because the clinic is so booked, which was a bit frustrating. I appreciate that they double-book when someone need to see a provider time-urgently, even if it does make the provider run late!

This was my first visit with Dr. Lori Tam as a subspecialty consultant in cardiology. She had obviously reviewed/studied my case extensively and knew all relevant details to a very high degree. She then asked me more about myself and my case in a most careful yet friendly manner. She then proposed a highly individualized treatment plan which allowed us to collaborate on its details. My husband attended this visit and we both felt totally grateful and impressed with her level of care.
